Semantic Insight Hubs

Qualitative feedback is noisy. Semantic Hubs utilize high-dimensional vector embeddings to deterministically map human emotion into quantifiable product debt.

The Architecture of Intent

Large-scale product teams often suffer from feedback fragmentation. Support tickets, sales friction, and feature requests scatter across distinct silos.Semantic Hubs eliminate silos by operating in the latent space.

How Latent Space Mapping Works

When Snell ingests a piece of feedback, it is immediately scrubbed of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) at the Edge. The sanitized text is then converted into a dense vector representation using state-of-the-art embedding models. These mathematical vectors exist in a multi-dimensional "latent space" where distance represents semantic similarity.

Unstructured Ingestion
We capture raw natural language from users without forcing them into rigid category dropdowns.
Dimensionality Reduction
Complex complaints are distilled into core "intent vectors", separating the emotion from the fundamental product request.
Dynamic Clustering
Similar vectors gravitationally attract. When a cluster reaches critical mass, a standard "Hub" is formed autonomously.
MRR Attribution
Because identities are verified via HMAC signatures, each cluster instantly calculates the aggregated Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) affected.

Replacing Intuition with Deterministic Data

The difference between intuition-led development and data-driven dominance relies entirely on the accuracy of your signal. By quantifying the unquantifiable (human feedback), Semantic Hubs empower product managers to confidently authorize engineering bandwidth based on actual financial impact rather than the "loudest customer in the room" vulnerability.
